Relax and rejuvenate into deep restoration of body, mind and spirit with Radically Restorative Yoga.

Radically Restorative Yoga combines restorative yoga, thai bodywork, yin, meditation and yoga nidra/deep relaxation. Restorative and Yin yoga uses props to support the body so you experience the posture passively allowing gravity and specific positioning on the props to open and stretch the body. Holding the postures for 5-15 minutes allows the nervous system time to reset and heal from the inside. Hands on adjustments and thai bodywork which uses traction and compression supports release and letting go. This class is appropriate for all levels including those with limited mobility.
